amen brother, although I'm obviously biased. I do think the attempt of harder drill should me rewarded, but not if it is so much dirtier that it takes away from the show. A little dirtier, harder, is worthy of a higher score IMO

yeah, unfortunately our band just usually never goes inside before we play. Yes, it helps focus us, but I sometimes just wanna check out everyone else. Ah well, at least we watch when we play early

Agreed. I didnt see duncanville, but i think our drill was pretty hard, even if just because it was at 180+ for 90% of the opener and closer. Unfortunately, because of our late draw, i only was able to see the last two bands, and from a bad angle, so im definitly not qualified to comment on anyone elses drill.

yeah, the indoor drumline show was sweet. Any idea who y'all or they are competing with? I know TCU ( who is putting on a show at Leander hs tomorrow) but any other good lines going? Must be hard to compete against a rennek (sp) line. Phantom was pretty much perfect this year

well, I saw bells show, and I honestly don't remember any parts above like one thirty. Don't be me wrong, the music was amazing, but it did seem to be march, stop and play, then march again. They do deserve second in my opinion for sure

Our line at CP is doing quite amazing. Drum caption at westlake by 8 points, and then in finals by 6. also doing an integrated line for the drumbreak
