My dad sat next to a guy who had done the videos for several years, and production costs for them are huge. So, it's only fair that they try to make back the money that they're spending.

I didn't know we had so many Bell people on the forums! When I met some of you throughout the course of the competition, you guys were the nicest people I think I've ever met. Humble too.

They didn't even do that ending during Semis.

Because saxophones have horrible parts. We once had a 386 measure song, and we only played for 76 measures of it. That includes the measures with one eighth note in them. Did anyone here know that Broken Arrow is basically a Region Marching Band? They take the best players and marchers from three High Schools in Broken Arrow, OK.

While members were crawling on the field, we watched the field judge, just to see what he was going to do, and a band member actually reached out and grabbed his leg. We died laughing.

It's not a salute, per se, but what The Woodlands DMs did at retreats was the coolest/funniest thing I've ever seen at a retreat. Standing at ease, bringing hands up, clapping three times, and brining hands back down all in tempo. Everyone around us thought it was the funniest thing ever and had me in stitches. Some people got video, I'll try to post it.

Heck yeah it was. Too bad none of the Cy-Falls kids next to us wanted to participate.

We had some BA parents on our first flight home, and struck up a conversation. When we congratulated them, they said that their only goal was to make finals. They were just elated, and so kind.
