If you want to be better go to the camp. Mr. McKeachie is an awsome guy, who can take any weak aspect of your guard work and make you so much better at it! While I play trumpet my friends in guard all tell me how great he is! PLEASE GO! P.S. Mr. McKeachie you came up with an awsome show for us!!! Thank you soooooo much!

well i had three section leaders (go trumpets) one quit a month into the season(senior), one didnt do much(senior), and the other (the only junior trumpet section leader) i knew previously so me and him were cool, he was a good leader. I was chosen for next year (only sophmore section leader band wide) so i shall see how i do. i want to make a good impression now so that i will have a good chance of being drum major later.

well i go to Connally and we are going to be about 30 members bigger but only marching 6 more. Going to Grand Nationals, and our show is going tto be fun, hard and fast. The show is still under wraps, but i will say that our new guard instructor came up with the idea for the most part, he was new for 2005. It features every section, has a flugelhorn solo and bass trombone solo. It will be a huge crowd pleaser. It does have a 12/8 section.

so how are your auditions going? i made it as fish going into sophmore (go trumpets)

i absolutly love fire of eternal glory!!! connally did it in 2001. connally got third at area d behind cp and belton, cp went on to win state.That season was an amezing season with amazing music you will have fun playing it i cant wait to see your visual interpretation of it. our show is under wraps but it will be awsome!!!!!!

All connally's bands got ones. Varsity and non varsity got straight ones and sub non varsity got 211-111. I got to work on the stage for the full contest and i have to say good job to all region 18 4a bands. Vista Ridge was one of my favorites.

I think Grand Nationals is going to be awsome for Texas next year! We get new uniforms!

I would just like to say that Connally is 1000000% sure that we are going. The registration info has already been sent, and Mr. Portillo (band director) is working on show and boosters is planning on wht we will do while up there.

well I look forward to be alot better on the BOA circuit next year. We will be doing our biggest boa show ever next year, going to arlington san antonio and grand nationals. I really want to give the 5a schools a run for thier money

Its official the Connally Cougar Marching Band is going to Grand Nationals in 2006! I can not wait, I am so happy!

first off info is Thomas Landfried, freshman (current year), Connally High School second, I think it needs to be something very original no where near other shirt designs

If you have seen our show, grant us peace, our slow movement was what our theme was based on. We had a tradgic loss in sep. We used expressed that emotion in our slow peace it was really beautiful. the CHS 2001 show was amazing and I connected to the slow the best. It can be a big crowd pleaser if its written right, otherwise its a waisted 2 min in your show.

well as of now we, connally, are planning on attending arlington and san antonio

I believe that our (Connally) band will do awsome next year. WE have been informed that we are taking our whole program up a notch and bumping up our tempos and building a boa show. We are attending BOA sa for the first time since 2001. We wil probably got to duncavncille, and westlake. So look out for CHS

I congradulate all those who beat us (connally), yalls shows were awsome, poteet you could be in 5A state it was so perfect! Hendrickson goodjob, You go t it done, I think UIL is turning more BOA. Poteet was one of few exceptions. I personally think we should have placed higher than hhs just because our show was done about the same as yall but ours was alot harder.
