  1. Chill, just having a little fun, cedar park is like or band rival, so it's my right to tease. but yeah, you're right about the state thing. but we've dramaticaly improved the last 2 seasons, this is our first BOA event this weekend, and we're just trying to get our name thrown out there.
  2. Nope Georgetown has won the Belton Contest the last 2 years. But Marcus has gone to PASIC which is a national contest and they've won that like 12 times since 1992 or something. Or maybe you meant the Plano drumline competition? they've won that a few times i beleive. Their drumline has a pretty cool site: www.marcusdrumline.org
  3. wow marcus didn't win best percussion at finals? Isn't marcus the percussion that goes to PASIC every year and wins? that's surprising.
  4. Yes! Round Rock should have got 1st. I really liked O'conner's show music it was so cool. They had some really cheesy visuals though. Akins had some weird visuals too.
  5. Definitley gotta say that Round Rock drumline kicked A. only beat us by a 1 point i think, but congrats to them.
  6. -Listen Back Pit -I love me some drummin -Make it sound like a garbage truck falling off the empire state buiding If anybody knows who Tyler Dempsey is, you know what I'm talking about^

  8. Yeah, congratulations on last saturday. That's a tough thing thing to go through and ya'll really persevered. Our band isn't too great this year but the line is pretty sweet. Hope to see yall at Westlake.
  9. SCV all the way. Yeah I wondered why they didn't do to well this year. Key Poulon is a really good composer/arranger, we did scheherazade last year the same year SCV did which i thought was pretty cool.
  10. Georgetown Line: 5 snares, 3 tenors, 4! basses, 5 cymbals, and 16 pit had 5 basses but then the 6 weeks came around.
