As the contest draws near I realize how stout the contest will be!! Even on what some may call an "off year" for this contest. However, I am freaking excited.

well no matter if anyone else joins this should be a tight contest for the top 5 or so spots. i feel that coppell could take it however, nothing is set in stone. i hope more bands join. i am the trumpet section leader for waxahachie highschool. and i know we love competitions. so, no matter it will be great.

Waxahachie Highschool 2005 one more night in tunisia( a night in tunisia, one more time chuck corea, and i dont know the ballad)-11th in state 2006 we live we dance( all original music) 2007 beyond caravan(incantation and dance, reve rouge, and caravan) 2008 the greatest generation(gavorkna fanfare, october, swing swing swing, fantasia in g, america the beautifull) 2009 a kinetic mind(liturgical dances, lento, ballet sacra) -8th in state 2010 rememberence in blue( canyon by philip glass, canon in d by pchelbell, and blue shades by frank tichelli)-section leader (trumpets) this is as far as i remember
