Why is Rowlett excluded from any finals predictions for State? I understand they have a very difficult program this year.

I agree that Duncanville had a difficult time to perform. The lightning was very scary. But, please remember that Rowlett was the first band to perform in the heavy rain. All of the bands that perfromed before and after these two had easier weather conditions. Both bands showed excellent poise to be able to perform in such difficult conditions and excel. Having seen all four top bands perform I feel the scores are justified. I am also curious if anyone has all of the results from the contest. I cannot seem to locate it anywhere online.
