It was easy to figure who was being talked about. Now if this rain would just go away.

They did perform their whole show at Austin. I heard they didn't have time to clean. I didn't mean they had more drill to add. They just haven't added all the bells and whistles.

I wasn't there yesterday. I heard they didn't use their props. They also have more to add than what they've already put out there, so I think at this point it's still hard to tell.

That forecast is probably going to change a few times by Saturday. No way to know for sure sometimes until the actual day.

I'm going. It's sad to see this competition not as well attended as it use to be. Round Rock has been going here for close to 40 years.

If you can stop the rain then I'll really be impressed.

It would be nice to see stadiums with retractable roofs or domed. But that will never happen. Let's hope the weather keeps looking good.

Round Rock no longer attends drumline competitions either. My son did percussion when he was at RR. During that time RR won 3 Dripping Springs contest and 3 Lonestar (held at Marcus HS). RR still has the same percussion director. It would be nice to see them go back.

RR has the same uniform as before. It's belonged out in certain areas.

RR still has their JV band. Varsity plays at some of the games. Varsity will next play at the FB game against WW. The night before BOA Austin. It's on their band calender. I think someone had made the assumption that the JV was dissolved.

Yes, this is a great district for halftime. Just an fyi on RR. Their varsity does not play at every game, the JV does.

I was planning on going the Cedar Ridge game on Thursday. But I read somewhere that they won't be performing that night. Can't wait to see their show.

I agree. I drove up to the football game in Harker Heights to watch them. I was thinking the same thing about their opener. I will put CTJ as the favorite. But who knows what can happen. I just hope we have good weather for this competition.

I suspect the waist cinch will still be maroon. It's their school color. When these uniforms first came out in 2010. I remember one of the drawings did not show any maroon.
