Round Rock flew up both times they went.

Shocked the Leander didn't medal.

Round Rock is very big, I think pushing 400. That's why they split into V/JV.

I saw Round Rock at region last night. I thought they looked fantastic.

I"ve been reading the comments on the BOA forums today. It amazes me how varied the opinions can be on the same band/performances. I"m not sure what to believe.

In 2013 when they went it cost around $1300ish, that included everything the flight, hotel, meals. I heard it's costing a little more this time because they are flying fewer kids (RR went to a varsity/jv split) so the jv is not going.

Round Rock has left. They'll be flying again this year. It was nice seeing the football team come out and cheer as they left.

I went over and watched Round Rock practice tonight. They've added a little extra to their closer. Just beautiful, really pulls at the emotions.

They seem to have had some ongoing issues with mics/electronics. I hope everything is in working order for GN.

How much does it cost a band to attend this competition? Will these bands get refunds if unable to attend?

According to Round Rock's band booster twitter. It looks like they're waiting to hear back from BOA about tomorrow.

I think they just finished learning their closer earlier this week. I saw their show last night too and I agree. And a shout out to the Hendrickson band.
