1. They push those kids hard. 2. I really liked Churchill this year, and I've never been much of a Churchill fan. They're definitely turning things around, and I can't wait to see them come back. 3. I'm torn... Woodlands was fantastic, but Avon... it's Avon. I do want to see Woodlands win though. Texas needs to be on top again!!! GO TEAM TEXAS! 4. I personally think Spring has a great chance. I love their show, and with a few more rehearsals to clean, they'll be great. 5. The score differences between Woodlands and Bowie were small. Woodlands just did better in Visual and Marching and their advantage was enough to push them into 1st. Same thing happened last year... Bowie won a caption, Marcus won the other 2. Marcus was first, then Bell, then Bowie

Interesting... I just went through recaps from San Antonio for this year and last year... Bowie has won a caption in finals 2, then placed 3rd. On another note, this was my first time to actually watch ALL of finals from a spectator seat, but from what I remember of other years, this was by far the best I have ever seen. Absolutely fantastic. I was incredibly impressed with every single band! Great job!

2010 Season.... Marcus was 1st at BOA SA, 1st at UIL. Bell was 2nd at BOA SA, 2nd at UIL. Bowie was 3rd at BOA SA, tied for 3rd at UIL. Hebron was 6th at BOA SA, 7th at UIL....still pretty close.
