Round Rock really surprised me there first year of competing in BOA and have a great season.

I set about fourth row and I did not think that LD Bell should have won music. Marcus sounded great and I thought they were going to win. Now I admire LD Bell's drill because it is so challenging but from my vantage points it just looked like color guard and band running around, there was so much going on. Claudia Taylor sounded a lot better this week than at Conroe.

Cedar Ridge's entire drumline stands in a circle and sings there entire show. Drumline singing their parts is pretty amusing, especially us cymbals who basically just scream when we have a crash.

That is what I thought. I just saw a comment earlier that made it sound like seven and seven. Saturday is so tough. It would not be fair.

How will finals be determine? Will it be seven each day or an uneven amount?

Lake Travis added up to eleven I believe. My school has the full recaps I will better examine them tommorrow. Hays got eighth in Finals, Vista Ridge got seventh. So that means that the orders are definitely: 1. Dripping Springs 2. Lake Travis 3. Cedar Park 4. Vandegrift 5. Hendrickson 6. Connally 7. Vista Ridge 8. Hays 9. Cedar Ridge 10. Canyon

Cedar Ridge got ninth. Canyon got tenth in finals and I think in prelims. Area D. Why are you so hard?

Area D is a shocker. 1. Dripping Springs 2. Lake Travis 3. Cedar Park 4. Vandegrift Cedar Ridge got ninth and we are very happy about this season. LBJ was disqualified for marching an inelligable marcher supposedly. Don't quote me, that is just what I heard.

I knew I'd be called out. I think Dripping Spring is better than Lake Travis, sure. But I haven't seen it in person. I haven't really seen many of the bands up IN person. I've watched Connally, Hendrickson, Hays, Dripping Spring, Vista Ridge and McCallum on YouTube but I've seen Cedar Park, Lake Travis and Vandegrift in person. I am going to go out on a limb and say that I lost some of the effect without bring in the audience?

I preferred your show over Hays. Connally and Hendrickson really are pretty evenly matched. Wouldn't mine seeing on of them sent to state over Lake Travis/Dripping Springs.

YEAH. I am competing in Area D. We used to think we had a little bit of a chance. Maybe if we try really hard we'll get that fifth spot! But when only twenty-two made it me so sad. From seeing most of these bands I can not agree more with the general prediction. I really do wish there was a fifth spot so we could see Connally and Hendrickson brawl it out. The got eighth and ninth at Vista Ridge prelims and swapped in finals. Is LBJs show worth mentioning? I know they got state a couple years back.

It looks like Area D is only going to be sending four this year... That is awful for like the seven bands that were competing for that fifth spot.
