Okay,

all upper bands in front of us got straight ones..

However, my band got 122 on stage.. and straight 1's on sightreading.

Now my excuse on our performance....

Well, first of all we went like 2nd, I believe, in our category. That doesn't give the judges time to develop standards. I am sure many people have been in our position. I prefer to go last or next to last.. One of the positions because the judges have a good idea on what a band deserves.

I honestly with all my opinion..and in my eyes we got straight ones because I believe that was the best performance. I am so glad how well we did. It's amazing how far each band has gotten.

I still remember when we couldn't even play the first 10 measures of Canarios..

Good times..This year will always be cherished.

All connally's bands got ones. Varsity and non varsity got straight ones and sub non varsity got 211-111. I got to work on the stage for the full contest and i have to say good job to all region 18 4a bands. Vista Ridge was one of my favorites.

All of CP's bands got a 1 in concert, and the top two bands got straight ones.

Wind Ensemble- 1 1 1 1 1 1

Symphonic- 1 1 1 1 1 1

Concert- 1 1 1 1 1 2

Cadet- 1 2 1 2 2 3

I am not sure about the last one. But like Jennifer said, we recieved an overall division one for all four bands on stage. Does anybody know how Spring and Leander performed (besides the ratings)?

Concert II: 111 on stage, 123 for sightreading (a "rainbow," as our director called it <_< )

Concert I: 111 on stage, 222 for sightreading.

Symphonic: Ours isn't for another couple of weeks, but I have some concerns. We have to perform after Langhan Creek (just like last year, which was the first time we got a 2 in a while).

I would have smacked my director in the face if he called it that. You should consider the same :)

All of Donna HS Bands got one's on stage with the third band getting a two in sightreading. That's a big improvment for the third group.

3rd Band 2, 1, 1 2, 2, 2

2nd Band 1, 1, 1 1, 1, 1

1st Band 1, 1, 1 1, 1, 1

Congrats to everybody else!
