1 outstanding and 1 are pretty much the same thing, either way you got a 1.

Maybe I'm out of the loop but....

I've never heard of a "Division I outstanding."

I think thats a 1 1 2, where the one's are superior and the two is the "outstanding"

There is no distinction made between a 111 and a 112 or even a 115 for that matter.

 

I = Superior

II = Excellent

III = Good

IV = Fair

V = Poor

 

And for the record, the official results for Westfield were:

 

5A Varsity - 1 1 1 = 1, 1 1 1 = 1

5A Non-Varsity - 1 1 1 = 1, 1 1 1 = 1

5A Sub Non-Varsity - 1 1 1 = 1, 1 2 2 = 2
