We are currently working on Adminstrative stuff and etc. We have our temporily website is Emerald Star Drum & Bugle Corps. Most likely we will start off as a Parade Corps Only. Everyone We are proud to announce that Emerald Performing Arts Association Inc., as of June 25, 2006 has offically set the Board of Directors for the organization. We are still looking for 2 spots left they are: Vice President & Scretary. Then in a few weeks or two to 5 months we will start accepting application and resumes for caption heads & arrangers position. Quote
