mbui Posted June 18, 2006 Posted June 18, 2006 (http://www.dci.org/scores/) Toledo, OH DIVISION I 1. Cavaliers - 74.850 2. Phantom Regiment - 71.600 3. Bluecoats - 70.650 4. Glassmen - 67.650 5. Southwind - 58.200 Coon Rapids, WI DIVISION I 1. Madison Scouts - 66.475 2. Colts - 62.325 3. Blue Stars - 61.175 DIVISION III 1. Capital Sound - 46.775 Senior Corps 1. Minnesota Brass, Sr. - 69.250 2. Govenaires, Sr. - 58.063 3. Chops Inc., Sr. - 56.976 Hayward, CA DIVISION I 1. Blue Devils - 74.300 2. Santa Clara Vanguard - 70.100 3. Mandarins - 57.050 DIVISION II 1. Blue Devils B - 64.800 2. Vanguard Cadets - 59.650 DIVISION III 1. Fever - 52.900 2. Blue Devils C - 43.500 Senior Corps 1. Renegades, Sr. - 66.580 2. River City Regiment, Sr. - 62.170 ------ The Cavaliers are still distancing themselves from the rest of the competition and the Bluecoats are picking up where they left off last year...keeping it close with the Phantom Regiment! Yikes, for the Scouts. Hopefully the numbers start to rise as the season progresses. Comparing scores this early in the season isn't a good indicator of the future, but it's really good to see the Santa Clara Vanguard score on par with the Bluecoats & Phantom Regiment. This should be an exciting season! Quote
Skippy Posted June 18, 2006 Posted June 18, 2006 Cavies kicking **** again, as usual. Hope they win it. Quote

CHS King Mello Posted June 18, 2006 Posted June 18, 2006 anyone notice Bluecoats and Phantom both beat Cavies in percussion at Toledo? Glassmen weren't far behind either. -C Quote
euro_euph06 Posted June 18, 2006 Posted June 18, 2006 Did you also notice that the Bluecoats beat everyone in Visual Ensemble and Colorguard at Toledo? Quote

Jim's ultra-aggressive playing style is probably the hardest style to work with, at least at the beginning. Give the Cavies some time, and this drumline "otta" develop into a more B-A, mature drumming force. Besides, maybe first show jiters? Quote
Xukaniz Posted June 21, 2006 Posted June 21, 2006 Its also been a couple days since the Cavalier's last show, I am interested to see their score in the next show. Quote
