But anyway....we just started freshman band camp today and section leaders and DMs had to come too. Our hours are from 8-11AM (outdoors) and 1-3PM (indoors) from now (well, full rehearsal starts Monday) until school starts on August 14. Then we go from 4:30-6:30 except on Wednesdays when we'll get out at 5:30 Quote

We will probably play our music outside so we can fix some things before setting drill tomorrow. Out of curiosity, does anyone's band do the "midnight band rehearsal" in which the band sets drill at midnight on August 1? I know of one band down here that does that, but it's because they aren't too good...the same band that still hasn't gotten a 1 in the band's 6 year history. Quote
