How do you hang uniforms?

We have a large band (over 200 instrumentalists). We have tried a variety of different hanger systems to hang bibbers, jackets and show shirts (so 3 items).  Hangers either break under the weight (especially when the garnment bag is added for bus travel), or the hooks bend.  We would also like to label the hangers, so the kids can identify their uniforms without having to look at the label on the inside. 

Which hangers/hanging system works best for your band without breaking the bank. We would like to reuse the hangers every year.

Not sure the attached would work for you but we had something similar for dance one year and they worked pretty well. Don’t think these are the exact ones though.
