We Need Some Tournaments.

Yeah, but then the winner feels a smug sense of superiority over others, causing them to feel all high and mighty. Leading them to neglect their fears, and suspicions that *I* will one day take over the world. Without their suspiscions, it is only Myself against the darned garden gnomes. I can take them....maybe.

That's what we already have... except you can play as many times as you want and forever. It kind of defeats the purpose. The other option is to take off all the highscores, and then just play the games regardless, and they compete in the tournaments to see who is the best. But I think the staff at TxBands likes it how it is. There's always constant competition in the arcade to reach the highscore, and it's a luxury feature that is very succesful.

I like it how it is. Especially sports smash, that's 5 whole minutes of distraction for innocent players, while I scheme to blow them off the face of the earth, resulting in......world domination

That's quite unfortunate. I was really hoping for some sort of tiered structure.

Yeah so was I, it's pretty much kind of an alter ego to the system we have now. Of course, I guess we can always have tournaments to see who can do the best without repeated tries. The limit is kind of dissapointing too, only 10 people.
