There was this other brand I tried once, and I cannot remember what it was called, but it's not listed here. artishard Posted November 29, 2006 Share Posted November 29, 2006 i can't stand blue juice. at all...it smells bad and it's just gross. al cass is alright, i've used it since i started playing, however i'm looking for something that makes my valves less clicky and keeps them as fast as they are...any suggestions? crazyjakeup Posted December 9, 2006 Share Posted December 9, 2006 i havent used valve oil since the middle of my junior year... one day i needed some and nobody had any so i used my spit. it works very well. just dont not play your horn for a coulple of days cuz then they get sticky. but saliva is my favorite valve lube cuz:1 it doent taste funny 2. its readly avalible and 3. its free...
