Cannot get my Low Bb to come out on Bari Sax

So recently I decided to audition for bari and tenor sax for region instead of just tenor sax. We do not have any good baritone saxophones except for 1, which is my brothers who is also auditioning, so I am using his for the audition. He can play all notes, great tone, perfectly. I have really good tone and embouchure for it, but I cannot get the Low Bb out on it at all, I can get the low B out if I really struggle

Me and my brother originally thought it was reed strength so I dropped from a 3.5 to a 3, and it helped me get the B out, but not the Bb at all.
