uhm what, they had a 1 in music and their lowest score was a 5 (taking 4 to state), the 5th place band (kaufman) had a low score of 8 from a visual judge and their highest score was a 5, canton deserved to go to state that year

Reagan just absolutely laid it down!! Guard, OMG, so so big and so good. Musically such a beautiful performance, that ballad gave me chills, and god they marched so well! I love how much the show has progressed over the season, amazing job Rattler band!!

Anyone know who has the smallest ensemble in finals?

p.s. Not that the focus is on size. Just wondering who is over performing considering the size of bands they're up against. Some of these bands are over 400 strong while a couple I've seen can't be more than 200-250.

Wow!!! Hebron!!! What an incredible show! Can’t wait to see this show again at state! Also, love the shiny additions to the uniform! But, can we bring back the blue gloves and gauntlets? Those were iconic!

Hebron, OH. MY. GOSH!!! I don’t think other than some Very minor things, that was just such a magical performance. Musically just insane, WOW! Great work from the brass with the double touching in the second movement, so tight. Beautiful work from the flute in the ballad, and what an ensemble sound, and the trumpet to close it off is chefs kiss. Love the use of Rocky Point for the super strong closer. Visually so clean as well, love the double flag work. Definitely looking like a top contender, amazing job Hawk band!

Dang, that's crazy. McNeil, Marcus and Cedar Park laying it down with almost 100 fewer people on the field. Those kids are kicking serious A$$ right now to be in finals. 

It's a lot harder to hide mistakes when you need everyone playing to create your sound vs having extras to provide visual enhancement without needing to play.

I'm just blown away by the level of talent all these programs are churning out.

The Woodlands: I LOVE the guard, its amazing what they can do with that many people, and yet they still manage to keep it clean, and that low brass feature was AMAZING, along with their entire closer. Now I know why they’re so well regarded (although its no surprise for anyone who's watched them in the past)
