I do think Elkins is much improved and I really enjoyed watching them at BOA Conroe. They have a great show for UIL and if they can clean it up, I'm sure they'll be pleased with their placement.

While I do quite agree with these rankings for this point in the season, I hope our friends at Clements can take the feedback they received this weekend to strengthen their chances for late season success!

I heard they have Beth Fabrizio as a clinician right now. So they could most definitely turn it around!

You can tell they are trying to put the effort out there to do better, and it's showing! All I'm saying it's that they most likely won't place last.

Ridge Point is honestly being slept on this year, they have a strong show and solid staff this year. I can honestly see them possibly getting 7th or higher once they get clean.

Cloud 9 right? I agree! I watched it live on Saturday Ridge Point has a program that resonated very well with the audience. This program deserved to be talked about more! My only concern is how good are all of these programs going to get, because everybody is bringing in the heavy artillery for their shows this year.

Ye cloud 9, and I agree, everyone is trying there hardest this year, but we'll really find out at area how much everyone's cleaned and who has not.

They got 13th last yr with their best run since 2018 and 15th in 2022 after they got a new director in 2023 which is already a step in the right direction. They definitely have a shot at finals. Also it's area e soooo

Yeah idk what he's on about but Ridge Point has a definite shot a whole lot of schools who havent made finals have a shot. It just depends on how bad you want it, and are willing to work for it.

Take for example the only band to change the top 10 since 2018 last year being Pasadena Memorial, those kids wanted it bad, and their program got 11th 2 times and 12th 2 other times and they wanted in. Ridge Point wants in on the action, and so do a lot of bubble schools in that bubble. 

If those schools who always make finals sleep, those schools who haven't are ready to take advantage. It's Area E

Honestly, that ends up being the problem. like 15th through 10th are for the most part really close in how they sound and look. It really comes down to just every second of work that is put in for just that little bit to put you above the rest.
