UIL 6A Area E 2024

Has anybody been keeping up with George ranch lately? I saw they made 4th at Gulf coast last weekend right behind Clear lake which shocked me because they also beat out clear falls after being outranked by them marginally at The Alvin invitational.

Watch them at Area

I wouldn't be surprised if they kicked somebody out who usually makes finals. 

A lot of schools are at risk of missing finals all together. 

It's getting crazy.

I've looked at George Ranch and compared their scores from previous competitions this year, and they have been preforming pretty well so far. I believe there's a possible chance for them to out beat regulars of area finals.

They beat out some regular area finalists, crazy sight to see maybe they make area finals this year? They sounded pretty good.

I watched George Ranch this last weekend at the Gulf Coast Invitational and they heavily improved from previous years. Could they possibly pull through as underdogs?

I’ve seen Floral Phoenix. The George Ranch Band has been playing exceptionally well. Their show designer did a fantastic job and their directors have stepped it up. The other bands are good as well but, this year, who knows. George Ranch students should be very proud of themselves, putting in the hours and hard work. As a veteran director, I believe they will do well at Area.

George ranch is amazing this year!!! Their show design is amazing and their directors really stepped it up this year. Excited to see how they perform at area and heard they are heavy underdogs to make finals suprisingly. But after seeing them at the Gulf Coast classic theres no doubt in my mind that they are contenders

Bands who have made finals more than once in 6A Area E recently -

Yeah, honestly this area deserved 12 finalists gosh these bands are good, it's amazing.

The fight for that last finals spot is gonna be crazy. Unless something crazy happens that's really the only one that i can easily see being taken by someone else.

half of the lists are biased students or trolls… ahem some people who say their drum corps alumni. but dickinson will undoubtedly be 2nd this year way over dawson. Dawson is great but dickinsons performances this year have all been killer.
