Friendswood....  love the uniforms.  Such a cool look, especially here in SA.  Great sound and holy brass.  Way to wake us up with that opener. I ❤️ the fiddle!  Great show overall.  Congratulations on a successful season and earning a spot in UIL State Finals.  Respect.

CONGRATULATIONS to ALL the bands competing yesterday and all finalists today. Area B schools REPRESENT! 
McKinney North have a very decent chance at top 5- WDYT?

Amazing performance from Friendswood!! Visuals were the highlights for me, SO MUCH individual bodywork demand that they are executing so unbelievably well!! Gurad was just WOW, super clean, so much up front work that they are just nailing! Such a big brass sound, really clean and clear articulation. Woodwinds were super clean, could have used a little more volume but might just be NFHS. Soloists were super clean, but the visual part of this show is wow, those kids were having so much fun, amazing job Friendswood!! This will be a fan favorite at GN's for sure!

Yes.  It's been terrible this year.  The multi-cam was trash all day yesterday and now this today during finals?  I'm sure all those Roma parents watching from home are thrilled.

I am a sucker for big sound and powerful brass.  Roma delivered on multiple occasions and did not disappoint!! Brought smiles to this fans' face.  Well done. Congratulations on another successful season and earning a spot in the UIL 5A State Finals. Respect.

They got pretty heavily penalized in percussion yesterday, but unsure they could crack the top 6. Definitely have an opportunity to move up!!!

I'm sad I missed the first half of Roma, but they played so well from what I heard.  They must have some of the best directors in the whole state.

Really strong showing from Roma!! They really seem to have found their stride, because this band has really stepped it up these past couple seasons!! Plenty of visual references of different forms of the Moon throughout. Soloists were so on point, really mature sounds. They really pack a punch with that sound, really strong brass, and lots of clear sounds during the technical runs from both the brass and WW's. Really fun show and they performed so well, congrats on an amazing season Roma!!

They have a super fun show. Know they are attending grand nats, so excited to see them there.

Unsure. Full breakdown of Norths show had judges ranking some categories 7,8,10,14…but 20th in percussion. There is a full breakdown out there somewhere.
