They had an amazing performance for sure and I think will be close, but that performance time is going to hurt them, and while they did beat Waxa at area, they were ahead by a good margin this past weekend, but I do think they have a shot, but I personally have them a few out but would be beyond excited if they did!! I was thinking maybe the OP meant Vista Ridge instead of Cedar Ridge in the 6th slot?  I like CR's show a lot, one of my best friends is a band dad there and has two kids in that band and it's a lot of fun, but it's more likely to be toward the bottom of the finalists than at #6...

Considering that many bands' names were misspelled, two finalists were missing, Vista Ridge was omitted entirely ... I'm not so sure.

No, I meant their performance time. Going first at a comp this deep and making finals is something very hard to do

Haha this reminded me when I was sitting behind some of the Bentonville chaperones at BOA Prosper and their t-shirts had SHEEPARONE written on the back of them. They are fully embracing that sheep theme this season!  🤣 This is just one of the many things I love most about this activity. The parents are ALL IN!  😂

I think Dripping Springs is a dark horse and has a good shot to make finals. Timbercreek had to have a really good performance, but idk if it’s enough to make finals. Spots 13 &14 are up for grabs rn

Really really solid run from Cedar Ridge imo. Felt like their BOASA runs left a little bit to be desired, but the energy was all there tonight, and it was awesome.

One of my fave things (CR parent, though not of guard) is that we have girls AND boys on guard, and BOTH IN THE SAME UNIFORM. I didn't get the stream today, but decent chance that was one of our guys who routinely throw in can't-be-indoors territory.

Good show. I just don’t think it would make finals. I’m not sure if it’s even outside of finals, but as always we never know what the judges are thinking. Even with BOA placements, I wouldn’t be surprised if some of those finalists didn’t make finals.

My only prediction is that even if they don’t make it, their show might be considered the most memorable of the bubble bands. I’m biased, but I also genuinely love Aquarium, and I’m sure many people share that opinion.
