gavinrh
So i think i've slowly developed it on accident... any ideas on how to get rid of it?
TRtrumpet
I think I have it too...
Gltokensp06
Dont worry about it. We all have it. It may be caused due to something you ate or something...psychological..maybe. Who knows, at our age insomnia is not really a problem. But if you are seriously worried about it, I guess go to your doctor or something. But i'm sure its nothing serious. aoyana
I had that issue my sophmore year. Try covering things that remind you of time or have lights in your room (looking at clocks causes paranoia or something and lights are distracting- I was told to cover my digital clock) and avoid any type of food that would wake you up (ex. caffiene) before you go to sleep. Try to get 8-9 hours of sleep. All that jazz.
Claritone
Sometimes I find it impossible to fall asleep if my clock is on...
Lustra.exe
i can't sleep if my door is open. or if my closet door is open. or if there is any light whatsoever.
MartinHorn
When I was smaller I had insomnia, but it went away right after my parents got divorced. Weird? You'd think a traumatic event would cause insomnia not cure it.
Fortisimo
Stress is my problem, quite often. But, ya love marching season; it gets you nice and worn out, so such things aren't near as big of problems.

PitStar
Watch the news. No really though, it's so boring and depressing, puts me to sleep no matter what. Â If that doesn't help spanish soaps I think.
