Dont worry about it. We all have it. It may be caused due to something you ate or something...psychological..maybe. Who knows, at our age insomnia is not really a problem. But if you are seriously worried about it, I guess go to your doctor or something. But i'm sure its nothing serious.

I had that issue my sophmore year. Try covering things that remind you of time or have lights in your room (looking at clocks causes paranoia or something and lights are distracting- I was told to cover my digital clock) and avoid any type of food that would wake you up (ex. caffiene) before you go to sleep. Try to get 8-9 hours of sleep. All that jazz.

i am off the computer, but i just kinda lay in my bed for like an hour. then i got really frustrated and decided to get back on and started this. i hate not being able to fall asleep. it sucks

I absolutely can't stand repetitive noises either.

 

But any light bothers me.

You could get a phase mask.

That happens too me alot. I lay down I start thinkin about things and my mind races and I can't sleep so I get up and do something.
