Skippy Posted November 30, 2006 Posted November 30, 2006 SCV 1992. Best 7th place show EVER. Trivia Fact: Dean Westman's favorite show is SCV '87 Quote
TX Suh-nare Posted December 2, 2006 Posted December 2, 2006 OOOO and Blue Devils 04, at worlds when they just marched off the field.. i was like is it over..OMG that was the most amazing ending ever!!!!!!! Until the tenor fell... Trivia Fact: That tenor that fell in 2004 (visible only from percussion view) also fell not once, but TWICE in 2003 at San Antonio. The second time he fell, he snapped his J-Bar. Quote
CHS King Mello Posted December 3, 2006 Posted December 3, 2006 Cavaliers 1990-91, Phantom 93-96 and Glassmen 1999. I'd also throw SCV 2003 in there for good measure. -C Quote

jbrih13 Posted December 6, 2006 Author Posted December 6, 2006 I didnt even see the tenor fall. That brings back memories. My freshman year we were marching halftime at a football game, im marching the show, and we hear the crowd gasp, and some people were like omg, course we keep marching. That night when we got back to the band hall we always watch the performance of our halftime show, and right when one of our tenors was crossing the 50 in the front ,something happened and he falls down, and his drums fall on his head. He was face up when he feel so there was blood and missing teeth, but he was ok Quote
bossman Posted December 8, 2006 Posted December 8, 2006 i know somebody who about to march them. if his audition goes right. Vanguard Quote

thesnareguy Posted December 9, 2006 Posted December 9, 2006 Cadets 05 Boooo. It's ok I guess. If only they actually PLAYED the drum break... Quote
bluebellbrass07 Posted December 9, 2006 Posted December 9, 2006 QUOTE (thesnareguy @ Dec 8 2006, 09:49 PM) Boooo. It's ok I guess. If only they actually PLAYED the drum break... They still had a break where they played. And im sure if they did it still woudlve been incredibly clean and the score wouldve still been more or less a 99.15 Quote

CHS King Mello Posted December 11, 2006 Posted December 11, 2006 Pshhhh Adagio for Strings and Fire of Eternal Glory blow 05 out of the water. almost. Dancer in the Dark is incredible... While I'd give the nod to SCV 00 or PR 93 over Cadets 05, I wouldn't say it "blew it out of the water" maybe out of a puddle. ~>conner Quote
