reyky Posted October 30, 2007 Posted October 30, 2007 2000[but for some reason when I was watching it with my directors the other day, the trumpets could not tune a note in that show, I believe it was their finals performance] and 2004 SCV. Hands down. Adagio? Sweet dark chocolate. Scheherazade? Badical show concept with beautiful and powerful music. 06 Cavaliers comes in close second. The GE of that show was killer. Quote
hebrontuba08 Posted November 2, 2007 Posted November 2, 2007 My winner is 1989 Phantom Regiment '93 Star, '04 Cavies, '89 Vanguard, '05-'07 Bluecoats, '00 Cadets, '95 &'96 Madison are all AWESOME though. Quote
king_kool360 Posted November 23, 2007 Posted November 23, 2007 I know it's really new and there are hundreds of other shows, and I've watched a good many, trust me. But my ALL TIME FAVORITE is the Cavies' MACHINE. It was really fun to watch. I loved how everything fitted the theme. Plus I'm into mechanics and the like, so that puts in an automatic +5 for executing it well. Quote

The music was ok, but in terms of overall show, it just didn't gell for me...and I know two guys who marched it. Quote

Danpod Posted December 3, 2007 Posted December 3, 2007 I'll go with Star 93. There is a level of visual performance, repetoire, and execution that has pretty much gone unmatched in the activity since then. Quote
MthsTrumpetsDOItBetter Posted December 5, 2007 Posted December 5, 2007 I'm gonna honestly have to go with Cavies '04. That was my first Cavies show to ever see and I basicly fell in love with it. :] Quote

Xenon Posted August 18, 2008 Posted August 18, 2008 haha sorry to bring back an old thread, but i was just wondering wheres the best place to download all this music? Limewire doesnt have a lot of options The best place to get all this stuff is from DCI.org. The DCI Fan Network has videos of every Finalist show since 1975. Quote
