XXCreektubaXX
Looking for some help figuring out some stuff. I'm planning on majoring in Music Education and have to audition on tuba on febuary 10th. I'm working on 2 of the pieces the department suggests. Is this enough or should I prepare more? Will they ask for the entire piece or excerpts? Or what? I'm really nervous about going into this audition and not having what they want ready. I've got the auditions for University of Houston the month after these! STRESSS! so much practice until then! ughhh
Skippy
Just prepare one of them. It all depends on the professor as to what you played. I only played parts from my concerto last year, but the tuba prof might make you play the whole thing. Or you could email the tuba professor, that would probably work really well.
