In other words..There is in fact, a pressure difference...so the air from outside is pushing into the vacuum cleaner since all the air in the vacuum cleaner has been pushed out.... Thus it doesn't inhale or suck.. The air's pressure pushes the 'dirty stuff' into the vacuum. Quote
