gavinrh Posted January 28, 2007 Posted January 28, 2007 All the votes have been tallied and the winner is... LD Bell 2006 - "The Remaining" (96.35) 2nd Place Grand Nats Finals With no Broken Arrow to steal their thunder this time, LD Bell has come out on top in the first Deathmatch of TXBands. Proving that their first place finish at UIL Prelims and Grand National Prelims was in fact not a fluke, they demolished Marcus in a landslide victory. Quote
LdTrumpetWailer Posted January 28, 2007 Posted January 28, 2007 well I guess everyone knows what should be done now. Change the BOA judges to forums kids. Oh well. But anyways thanks to all the people who voted Bell that really makes the season a great memory or a better memory than 2 minutes ago. Quote
MartinHorn Posted January 28, 2007 Posted January 28, 2007 hmmm I don't anyone said their placements were a fluke. And I thought The Woodlands placed first in Grand Nat Prelims. Quote

mbui Posted January 28, 2007 Posted January 28, 2007 L.D. Bell 2006 won both on the BOA Forums & TXBands Forums. Like I said, the show is going to be remembered for a long, long time. It belongs in the class of Spring HS 1993, Center Grove HS 1995, Westfield HS 1995, Lassiter HS 1998 & Plymouth Canton EP 1999. I can't wait for my Grand Nationals DVD! Quote
LdTrumpetWailer Posted January 28, 2007 Posted January 28, 2007 come on Zach you know it was the best memory ever! so I can't wait for the DVD either! Quote

LdTrumpetWailer Posted January 28, 2007 Posted January 28, 2007 I'm gonna have to agree with Zach here. I wasn't sure why you mentioned CG 05' and WestF 05' becasue no one had talked about them very much before you mentioned them just now. Quote
mbui Posted January 28, 2007 Posted January 28, 2007 Whoa. That was definitely a typo. Glad you caught it Zach! I meant to say Center Grove HS 1995 (A Journey into the Adventure Zone) & Westfield 1995 (Music of Samuel Barber). Quote
LdTrumpetWailer Posted January 28, 2007 Posted January 28, 2007 now that you have mentioned those shows. I really think they were awesome and very memorable. Quote
Nancy08 Posted January 28, 2007 Posted January 28, 2007 YAY BELL! I loved their show this year. Favorite all time! Quote
