rdzsaxplaya Posted February 7, 2007 Posted February 7, 2007 I play Alto, Tenor , and Bari and i would have to say i like Alto the best, Just because it ussually has more movement parts, But i do love the Bass of the Bari RdzSax Quote

chickora Posted February 8, 2007 Posted February 8, 2007 Call me bias. Or what.. but I love the clarinet. Everything about it. The dark sound it can produce to the high squeely sounds. Plus, again..the color is amazing. Quote

Nancy08 Posted February 17, 2007 Posted February 17, 2007 Bassoon is first on the list for a reason! Of course I might be a little biased . Other than bassoon, b sax, but it's not even close... Quote

lionbc Posted February 21, 2007 Posted February 21, 2007 I like the bassoon sound, even though it can never match the awesomeness of the bass clarinet. Quote

lionbc Posted February 23, 2007 Posted February 23, 2007 Well, bassoons are supposed to have a very unique sound, double reeds usually do. They are called Belching Bedposts for a reason! I still think they sound cool, especially the lower notes, but I like contrabass clarinet low notes better. Quote
supermanuel Posted February 24, 2007 Posted February 24, 2007 I'm glad i wasn't the only person to vote for English Horn. i just love the sound of a well-played EH, it's so mellow and unique Quote
