barisaxy08 Posted October 24, 2007 Posted October 24, 2007 so tell me why the wind was blowing at freakin 75 mph yesterday at rehearsal and it was like 50 something degrees outside. I was on the podium and i literally almost fell off about 3 times. then...today when i get out of school...it's all nice and sunny and hot. Houston weather confuses me. Quote
TRtrumpet Posted October 24, 2007 Posted October 24, 2007 It's really nice right now. Like PERFECT. Actually looking foward to cross country after school. It's the kinda day where if feels awsome to be outside. It's been really cold in the mornings though! Quote
GenericWit Posted October 28, 2007 Posted October 28, 2007 The real question is... during area week (last week... like Monday when we rehearsed in the freezing wind an drain and poor Wang almost died falling off the podium) and state week (this week) does it really matter what the weather's like? You're gonna rehearse either way. And cold weather, in my book, is welcome. You're gonna be so hot that it's nice to be cooled off the second you stand still for a second and breathe. Quote
borchnork Posted October 28, 2007 Posted October 28, 2007 ahhh... I love the weather now. I heard it's like this in Northern California all the time. Maybe I should move up there. Quote
GenericWit Posted October 28, 2007 Posted October 28, 2007 LOL... I don't think California is very stable with those misc. mudslides and weird weather. Quote
