I believe that if you want your band to be successful then you need to set goals to achieve.

one of my goals for my band is to achieve a since of a strong family bond amongst every individual in the band...

another goal i have is scoring in the 90s before the season ends...

to me it seems hard but I know we can do it if we try our hardest together.

what are your goals?

Finals At State *really pushing for top 5, and hopefully even top 3*

45 region band

20 Area

6 State

Straight 1's at every competition (4th year in a row)

125 out of 135 1's at Solo and Ensemble

25 State S&E qualifiers

10 1's at State S&E Contest.

Highly ambitious.

For me, I want our band freshmen to learn to suck it up and that life isn't prancing unicorns and niceness.

As a whole, we're probably going to try to have the show down by the first competition like last year. I know a lot of the upperclassmen at my school want that atleast.

I don't really know anything other than that.

My goal for our band is to make finals at BOA arlington, Carrolton, and Duncanville.

Well I personally want us to do better than just make finals (Such as ranking up higher in finals). That's not good enough for me. I just wish more people in our band actually cared more and put forth more effort and discipline. <_<

My personal goal is All-State as well, heh.
