mbui Posted February 17, 2008 Author Posted February 17, 2008 I met up with the YEA staff at TMEA the other day and talked to them about the location for the State Championships. Spring ISD's George Stadium will most likely be the site for USSBA State. Quote
PearlandB8908 Posted February 24, 2008 Posted February 24, 2008 Pearland Stadium(The Rig) will not host USSBA State anymore due to the contracts with Music for All/Bands of America Pearland ISD has signed a 3 year contract to host BOA Houston Regional Quote

whitewing09 Posted September 9, 2008 Posted September 9, 2008 So how do they classify bands? what's with these groups Quote
Trumpet Master Posted September 9, 2008 Posted September 9, 2008 whitewing09 said: So how do they classify bands? what's with these groups Its basically band size that determines your classification. You can also be divided into A or Open Class if I remember correctly. A Class is for those new to the circuit wishing to participate and Open Class is for those more seasoned bands. It is kind of like WGI in a sense, but there are only two Class divisions. Quote
