Thanks for putting it up, Mike. The contest was delayed so it pushed the scores back later than I was willing to stay up. Things are really heating up!

The use of the full judging panel begins today. It'll be interesting to see how the score spreads change. I think The Blue Devils will pull ahead some. Their guard is phenomenal and much improved from last year.

Viva La Revolution!

DCI was putting the Kalamazoo videos up on the Fan Network within 10-15 minutes of the corps being on the field. It was an awesome thing.

Have I mentioned how much I love the Bluecoats show? I really like the new preshow and singing to close the ballad. Such power and beauty at the same time.

One of Phantom Regiment's drum majors just slit the throat of a guard member!

Edit: The dead guard member just lies there on the 50 for the rest of the show and everybody is just marching right through her and yet never even touches her or even seems to notice!!

Was it at the end of the first movement? Because if so, that's Phrygia, Spartacus's wife

At the end of the first movement was the Live or Die choice and they killed a male guard member. He got dragged off the field.

This was between the ballad and the closer.

No idea, then...one of the things that happens when you don't have your own credit card and your parents refuse to spring for the Fan Network.

WTH? They pulled the mic on the last ~1:30 of the Blue Devils...... You could tell that it was on purpose as it went right back in after the show ended.

That was also the point that the video from the Walnut competition cuts out.

Is BD using copyrighted music without mechanical rights???

I think that's the case. "Unresolved music licensing issue."
