I can't tell what that was supposed to mean. Was it an attempt at sarcasm.

On the field, we perform, and sell the show. Off the field, we don't sell anything.

 

And advertising helps with sales, not self-promotion. It's not always a bad thing, pride is good. But over the top self-promotion, like saying your guard is "ballin'" is bad.
