pippy Posted October 13, 2005 Posted October 13, 2005 Richland: 5 snares, 3 tenors, 5 basses, pitt- who cares? we don't need no stinking cymbal line. Quote
specialclunker Posted October 14, 2005 Posted October 14, 2005 At Hebron there is 5 snares, 3 tenors, 5 bases, 5 cymbals, 18 pit. 3 double reed players on the line ( 1 oboe cymbal player, 1 bassoon cymbal player, and an oboe player as center tenor), and about 6 double reeds in pit. Quote
pippy Posted October 14, 2005 Posted October 14, 2005 I've never met an oboe player coordinated enough to play tenors. Quote

Hahaha, I totally agree. --------------------------------------- Our Drumline would have to be, Umm, 4 Snares, 5 basses, 2! Tenors, 6 cymbals, pit; I have no idea. We had 3 tenors, and just like G-town, the 6 weeks came around. And now, I've never heard of JV or Varsity drumlines. That's interesting. Must have a really big band. Quote
