Well if the video is attached to another video and the guy is fine with just the audio, just rip the audio with an audio extractor (players like GOMplayer have this feature as well as plenty of video editors, I think even Windows Movie Maker can do this too, though I've never used WMM). Take the ripped audio file that you ripped from the video and trim away the extraneous audio with Audacity (you can download it free online) so that you just have the audio from the particular part of the video that contains the show, and save it as an mp3.

I use DVD Videosoft (located here.) It's 20 programs (some of which I haven't used), and best part, it's free. Using that and Audacity together helps a ton. I've been able to rip a ton of mp3s.

 

 

If anyone needs a tutorial on Audacity, I'm sure Brandon or I would be willing to help.
