actualgirltrombone Posted October 5, 2005 Posted October 5, 2005 the competition between hendrickson and cedar park should be really interesting, after what happened at BOA. Quote
snareyes07 Posted October 5, 2005 Posted October 5, 2005 Hey i do know that Connally has been moved to five A due to he SAT's. That will be tough for them to place in pre-lims but they will probably make finals...Hendrickson will be there and we hope to do good... Quote
Dynasty Posted October 5, 2005 Posted October 5, 2005 I would actually say the main competition is between Connally and Cedar Park. While Cedar Park did get 6th and Hendrickson 7th at BOA Houston, there was still a 3 point difference in their scores. If you examine the scores, Hendrickson had a lower score in all fields except for Music 2 in General Effect. BOA weighs GE with 60% of the total score, while Westlake is only 20%. Connally won the Carrollton Tournament of Champions, and I am eager to see how they do at Westlake. Quote

tigger2 Posted October 6, 2005 Author Posted October 6, 2005 Connally had a very emotional day today (Wed) they did soooo great at the funeral. They played both at the funeral and also the gravesite..... They are a tough "family" and they will be ready for Westlake! 4A or 5A... The Hendrickson band has graciously invited the Connally band to have dinner with them before their game on Fri. (Connally plays Hendrickson @ HHS)... Thanks to ALL that sent cards, letters, flowers etc.....The ones I saw were from: Henderickson, Pflugerville, Dripping Springs, San Marcos, Birdville.. I know there was more, but that's all I can remember now... Quote
tigger2 Posted October 7, 2005 Author Posted October 7, 2005 They may have. I just haven't seen anything, but that doesn't mean they didn't. Quote
