Cell phone and talking

Hey. How do you or your directors deal with talking and cell phones in band

Back when I was in band, the only people with cell-phones were drug dealers.

Yeah... the "cool" things was to have pagers.

I'd imagine that bands have some sort of No Cell Phone policy during class. I can't see how productive a rehearsal can be with everyone flapping their mouths on their mobile devices.

If someone's cell phone even made a ring, not even if the phone was out being used, but if it just made a sound, he would confiscate it and the person's parent had to go to the administration to get it back.
