LD Bell 2005

So I've been digging around on the BOA forums recently and found a topic that listed Bell's repertoire for 2005 and people were commenting on the pre-show. Well, the only recording I have is GN 2005 Finals which doesn't include the pre-show... I'm just wondering if anyone had a recording (music or video) of the pre-show they could send me since I'm really curious as to what it sounds like and I love the show xD

 

And if no one has a recording, if I may ask for someone to describe it? Sorry if that sounds like an odd request but I *really* like that show, lol.

I wouldn't know what Bell's pre-show would have been, but have you possible tried seeing if its on this website? I found it under a different forum and it's an archive of all of Bell's shows. Hope this helps!

It's the same as the recording I have Though I'm not sure if what's seen going on during the announcement is considered part of the pre-show or not...Thanks for the response though! XD And I love that website btw

If I remember correctly, Ascension's preshow was basically warm building chords while in an arching road type form from front-left to back-right that served as a one-by-one staged entrance for the guard members.

Thanks Xenon! That's kind of what I was expecting based on what people sounded like on the other forums. Wish I could see it but there are basically no other recordings of the show. Your explanation will do Thanks again!

Now I have a question, where is the music from in the really epic part of the show? Right after the flute solo, There's a guard playing an oboe I think.

That's Angles in America (main theme). You can hear the oboe solo being played by trumpets at the end of the song. If that's not it then I'm sure that it is from Angles in America.
