Either way talk is cheap, let's just settle it on the field. Just keep in my mind a top band will be left out because of the ordinal system and a couple of bands will be extremely disappointed come Saturday. I'm already sad for whatever band gets left out. I just don't think it's right. =[ That being said though: I think between the top 11 bands, you will only see a spread of MAYBE 5-8 points. I know that Centennial scores (music to marching) were: 1, 1, 1, 3, 1=7 Wakeland (in 2nd place music to marching) scored: 3, 3, 9, 1, 2= 18 Quote

Mckinney: 2, 9, 6, 6, 9= 32 8. Frisco: 9, 10, 7, 5, 6= 37 9. Liberty: 6, 7, 10, 8, 8= 39 10. Southwest: 5, 8, 8, 10, 10= 41 Most shocking results here to me are the ONE point difference between being first alternate Mckinney and state bound Aledo... And also the fact that Wakeland, Birdville and Newman Smith are within 6 points of each other makes me firmly believe that we could see some flip flopping of those results at state. Quote
