I know who your talking about. Yeah, He was a rank leader last year. I am so glad he isn't one this year. I mean, he is funny, but that isn't good. It makes me so ashamed sometimes how kids act. Yes, I remember him being in snare line last year, but I guess since he was with Drum Corps and this being his last year he got the solo. I am sure we would've done the actual 3rd movement of pit and the pendulum*spelling*... However, I totally agree with you. HE IS AMAZING. He is going to Julliard. Wow, I admire him and his greatness. cookie_monster Posted October 21, 2005 Posted October 21, 2005 yeah it's not about cockyness (sp?) or being "better than someone else" because in the end it's not going to matter. It's not even the fact that it was unexpected for Cedar Park to get a 2. Was it? Sure maybe if you want to look at it that way and I pesonally don't look at it as a compliment to Cedar Park either. It's like at BOA...when you brank ranks it's about congratulating each other and meeting new people not saying "oh here look my real shiny medal" no that a'int cool. Ok just some food for thought. chickora Posted October 22, 2005 Posted October 22, 2005 I think sometimes we forget about the competitions.. The funnest part about any competition is watching others play and meeting new band nerds. Wo0t!! That's what its all about. The medals are just rewards. Quote
Xukaniz Posted October 22, 2005 Posted October 22, 2005 What happened to P-ville? I thought they were better than straight 2s ></ Quote
