Capital Regiment Posted October 13, 2005 Share Posted October 13, 2005 Hey everyone, This is a note to let you know that Capital Regiment will be conducting an open pre-audition for prospective brass and percussionists at Stephen F. Austin HS in Sugar Land TX. The audition date is Saturday Oct. 22nd from 8 am till 1 pm. Percussionist are asked to provide their own sticks and mallets. Instruments will be provided. Brass players are asked to provide mouthpieces and instruments for the audition. Prospective members should prepare a two minute solo or technical excercises. There will be music provided at the audition. Capital Regiment has put together a very strong staff including: Ralph Hardimon Murray Gusseck Dean Westman Gordon Henderson Jay Bocook Jed Weeks Gustavo Jacobo There is a $25 audition fee for this one day event. The staff in attendance was very pleased with the talent level. We look forward to seeing all of you in Columbus OH. on Nov. 19-20.
