chickora Posted October 22, 2005 Posted October 22, 2005 Haha, not only was this game interesting. We sure won.. However, some dude went streaking. It was hillarious!! Well, okay.. He was in a thong, but man..!! I couldn't stop laughing. Not only was that.. Our performance was funny. Our drum major just started laughing because we did so bad. Aaah, well.. We played more stand tunes than usual... But I was just wondering.. Anything interesting happen at your football game? Quote
TRtrumpet Posted October 22, 2005 Posted October 22, 2005 When you say G-town, do you mean George West? and yea we have lots of interesting things happen at out games... mainly on the bus tho.... Quote
G'townPIT Posted October 22, 2005 Posted October 22, 2005 Hey man, that was freaking hilarious! that kid is, or maybe now was, in my history class. He was telling everybody he was going to do it so he's already busted. but he did have a get-away car ready so gotta give him some props there. Quote
G'townPIT Posted October 22, 2005 Posted October 22, 2005 End of third quarter. both teams on sidelines. Kid runs out onto field with a thong on, i don't know where he got on at, runs to the gate at the end of field, runs out the exit, cops chasing him, and runs until he gets to a car with some one waiting for him. drives off into the country some where most likely. funniest part was watching one of the cops, who had to of weighed 300 lbs, chase this kid who was probably faster than half of the football players. chickora Posted October 22, 2005 Author Posted October 22, 2005 Yeah, I believe he also painted a big "G" on our "Round" Rock. I heard from my friends that it was his seniour prank. They did get a hold of him, but he was so greased up..That he slipped right out of their hands. I meant Georgetown. Quote
Danpod Posted October 22, 2005 Posted October 22, 2005 Wow.....I'm so glad I wasn't there to see that!!!!! Quote

acsc1312 Posted October 22, 2005 Posted October 22, 2005 Well, there were some funny parts and some REALLY bad parts So, we had the junior high with us in the stands (really uncomfortable) b/c we they had to sit in between us for the first half, and we could barely talk to our friends. So, anyways, in the first half, our star player got injured and broke his leg, so that was a really bad thing, so that kinda ruined our hopes of winning b/c it was our biggest game so far, but we ended up winning after all which is good. Ok, so at half time the junior high went out with us and we played the dance team song (just high school) and then we played Peter Gunn with the Junior High and umm it was bad! lol but it was funny, so then after that we (high school) had to do the last half of our show. Starting on our "ballad" was really dumb IMO lol, so we did the last two movements, boy was it funny. It sounded really bad from my perspective, but the crowd liked it so whatever lol. OMG the other band did their show (Picasso or something) and it seemed like they took 45 minutes. They left us with like 7 minutes left in half time to do all our stuff, it was bad. lol. That was our eventful and BAD game. Quote
bored2damax Posted October 22, 2005 Posted October 22, 2005 Hey did yall play san marcos? If you did thank you for beating them. We lost to them. Now we are tied for second in district. The star player that you are talking about is he a running back? Quote
chickora Posted October 22, 2005 Author Posted October 22, 2005 For some reason in our district we don't do 8th grade night, I remember when I lived in Leander that I went to both 8th grade nights, Leander's and Vista Ridge's. I had a fun time there. It was a good experience. I bet the 8th graders were like.. Wow that was awesome. lol Quote
TRtrumpet Posted October 22, 2005 Posted October 22, 2005 We dont have 8th grade night.... we have 7th graders in the band Quote

Why aren't you in wind ensemble.." I just say, I love Doc. I truely do love Doc.. Okay, why'd did I tell this story? Oh yeah, Aren't younger ones so adorable?! Quote
