Does anyone feel like it is insane that pretty much every finalist group's music book is of a DCI caliber? They still have some work to do in the marching department but holy crap this is indescribable. I mean the conclusion to Hebron's opener sounds drumcorps esque!

What a strong finish! CTJ is definitely a crowd-pleaser. They just blow your face off. Obviously, Hallelujah is the highlight, but I'm going to have Aquarelo do Brasil stuck in my head again for the rest of the week. CTJ performs such a difficult visual program for a Texas band. Unfortunately, as a result, there was quite a lot of dirt that will probably keep them from winning this event, but we'll see.

While most of these groups are giving their all for the last performance of the season, Avon and FloMo have another week to go. Both are aiming to peak next weekend. I think both will be absolutely fine by grand Nats. Regardless of placements.

Notes: Hebron or Vandegrift could easily take the music caption. I feel like Claudia Taylor Johnson could also snatch the Visual caption from Avon. As for General Effect, could go to either Claudia Taylor Johnson, Hebron, or Avon. I am conflicted. This is insane.

I was aiming more at the 2 people were shocked that didn't medal, but I do know about the others that didn't end up in finals and what not.

Omg. I'm dead. They did it. Wow. Congratulations to Jarrett and everyone down at CTJ for a stunning show. They are never afraid to put beasts onto the field year in and out. So cool to see them get rewarded for it. Bravo. I have chills
