This looks like a good contest. Round Rock will do very well haha. Almost an ill fitting contest for them to go to.

Round Rock has a long history with the Westlake Marching Contest. They actually have a tradition they do at the contest with pennies. It's not their fault groups like Bowie, Cedar Park, and Hendrickson that could provide competition stopped going.

So it seems Gonzales and United are out? Top 3 for this year in my opinion is Round Rock, Dripping Springs, and O'Connor. While McCallum might surprise me, I think O'Connor has more creative shows. Y'all remember in 2015 when they did their Access Denied show? Creative stuff right there. Also, do y'all feel like Westlake puts the projected winner of each class at the end? They did this two years ago with Hendrickson at the end... ah, must just be going crazy.

Ahhh, so it was SDOC that did that show. I was trying to remember just the other day who it was. Everyone definitely enjoyed that one! I always like a show with a good punch line.

Looks like Gonzales and United dropped out of the competition is all.

Edit:  After looking again, I see the word "Laredo" in front of United.  So obviously I was wrong.  Hey, even I can admit that every now and then!

I see. I had no idea it was a tradition for them.
