ValveOil
Surprised there’s nothing about Hebron on here. I thought that run was insanely clean from them.
jmj
Agreed on Hebron! That was the cleanest I’ve seen them. Mellos and woodwinds on fire as per usual.
justabandkid94
Agreed. Hebron had cleanest run yetl. Vandegrift was a masterclass as always. Best run of the season perhaps
BandDad4
Go Keller! ... Knowing that many of the members are wearing #4TCHS is just amazing knowing Timber should have been there right with you. Rock the house. brassdad
Popular Post 1998-2018
That was just the sixth full run for Keller. It has been a challenging year with all the rain and such a complex design so it's nice to see their last run for the show was finally the trouble free run we all knew they had in them. We will remain very involved behind the scenes and in the stands but that was a satisfying way for our family to close out their participation on the field. 21 seasons from our oldest's Freshman year to our youngest's Senior year have come to an end. Thank you Keller, it has been an honor to be a part of this program. brassdad, BandDad4 and Bandwoww

jmj
Keller was also simply incredible. Amazing, pleasing ensemble sound. Those long chords were truly stunning. I love the theme and their commitment to it. Whatever the results, this is my favorite show of the year.
Samuel Culper
I miss the old script where they included the name of the city where the school is located at the top of the intro. jmj and justabandkid94
LeanderMomma
Awww, I'm watching the directors camera (close ups) since I have seen all of the shows before, and those Cedar Ridge girls crying made me cry too. I know they are feeling SO MANY emotions right now, especially if they happen to be Seniors.
natertater21000
It's almost as if leander's theme bled into the schedule. Couldn't imagine more polar opposite shows following each other haha. LeanderMomma

jmj
I miss the old script where they included the name of the city where the school is located at the top of the intro. YES! It’s like something is missing from the announcements. They don’t have to do the whole “joining us from...” thing. But it would be great if they could add back the XYZ Band from XYZ, Texas part. It’s like when UIL standardized the script for region, area, and state they didn’t edit and realize they left out that part.
LeanderMomma
Now I'm crying ugly tears....GREAT JOB LEANDER!!!! That was another brilliant performance. I'm so sad Polarity is over...WHAT A RIDE IT'S BEEN! Mash

MikeKyu
Wow, Leander! Definitely lived up to the hype. And the brass absolutely threw it down in the closer, dear Lord. Leander's brass has been the best it's been in a few years. They will just melt your face. The trumpets and mellos are playing really tight as a section. justabandkid94
Thought that was an exceptionally clean run from Johnson. Pretty remarkable given the extreme demand.

WoodlandsMom4ever
Ok. Um, side note- am I the only one- but the announcers intonation just reminds me of one of the characters at Disney’s haunted mansion or tower of terror.
