Depending on if a bigger group from Texas goes . But I doubt it . So yes defending their title is what they are there to do I guess

What other groups would go? Its on the same day as DFW and Houston regionals, right? That leaves Marcus since they dropped out? Maybe Owasso competes there sometimes? Or Blue Springs might make the trip or something, but not a lot of GNats Finalist level bands are going to be close enough and free that day.

The Mansfield thread says Haltom is not going to BA any more an will compete at the Mansfield contest this Saturday due to weather concerns....has the BA contest been cancelled?

I don’t think it’s been canceled but I saw the band booster post on Facebook saying that . Since it’s gknna be storming

I couldn't have been more wrong here. Jenks and Grain Valley are both great bands. Several others with a history of success here. And now it looks like Haltom isn't going at all...
